These terms govern your use of GoSMS. By creating an account you accept them.
এই শর্তাবলী GoSMS ব্যবহারের নিয়ম। অ্যাকাউন্ট খুললে আপনি এগুলো মেনে নিচ্ছেন।
1. The service / সেবা
English
GoSMS lets you send SMS through our dashboard, API and Android app by using third-party gateways and your own paired devices. We do not guarantee delivery time or delivery to every number, because networks and carriers are outside our control.

GoSMS ড্যাশবোর্ড, API এবং অ্যান্ড্রয়েড অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে তৃতীয় পক্ষের গেটওয়ে ও আপনার নিজের পেয়ার করা ডিভাইস দিয়ে SMS পাঠানোর সুযোগ দেয়। নেটওয়ার্ক ও অপারেটর আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে, তাই ডেলিভারির সময় বা প্রতিটি নম্বরে ডেলিভারির নিশ্চয়তা দিতে পারি না।
2. Your account / আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট

- You must be 18 or older and give true information.
- Keep your password, API key and paired devices safe. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- One person or business may not create multiple accounts to avoid limits or bans.

- আপনার বয়স ১৮ বা তার বেশি হতে হবে এবং সঠিক তথ্য দিতে হবে।
- পাসওয়ার্ড, API কী ও পেয়ার করা ডিভাইস নিরাপদ রাখুন। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের সব কার্যকলাপের দায় আপনার।
- সীমা বা নিষেধাজ্ঞা এড়াতে একই ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠান একাধিক অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলতে পারবে না।
3. Payments and credits / পেমেন্ট ও ক্রেডিট

Prices are shown in BDT. Credits are added after payment is confirmed. Credits do not earn interest and are not transferable. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় দেখানো হয়। পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর ক্রেডিট যোগ হয়। ক্রেডিটে সুদ নেই এবং তা হস্তান্তরযোগ্য নয়। রিফান্ড আমাদের রিফান্ড পলিসি অনুযায়ী হবে।
4. Your content and responsibility / আপনার কনটেন্ট ও দায়

You are fully responsible for the messages you send and for having the right to message each recipient. You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and the laws of Bangladesh.

আপনার পাঠানো মেসেজ এবং প্রতিটি প্রাপককে মেসেজ পাঠানোর অধিকার থাকার দায় সম্পূর্ণ আপনার। আপনাকে আমাদের গ্রহণযোগ্য ব্যবহার নীতি ও বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন মানতে হবে।
5. Suspension and termination / স্থগিত ও বন্ধ করা

We may suspend or close an account, with or without notice, for spam, fraud, illegal content, non-payment or a breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time.

স্প্যাম, জালিয়াতি, অবৈধ কনটেন্ট, বকেয়া বা শর্ত ভঙ্গের কারণে আমরা নোটিশসহ বা নোটিশ ছাড়া অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বন্ধ করতে পারি। আপনি যেকোনো সময় অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করতে পারেন।
6. Limit of liability / দায়ের সীমা

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or delays and failures caused by gateways, carriers or your device. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

সেবা যেমন আছে তেমন দেওয়া হয়। আইনে যতটুকু অনুমোদিত, পরোক্ষ ক্ষতি, মুনাফা হারানো বা গেটওয়ে, অপারেটর ও আপনার ডিভাইসের কারণে হওয়া দেরি বা ব্যর্থতার দায় আমরা নেব না। আমাদের মোট দায় গত ৩ মাসে আপনার দেওয়া টাকার মধ্যে সীমিত।
7. Intellectual property / মেধাস্বত্ব

The GoSMS name, design, software and website content belong to us. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or reuse them without written permission.
বাংলা
GoSMS নাম, ডিজাইন, সফটওয়্যার ও ওয়েবসাইটের কনটেন্ট আমাদের। লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া এগুলো কপি, পুনর্বিক্রয়, রিভার্স ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং বা পুনরায় ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
8. Changes and governing law / পরিবর্তন ও প্রযোজ্য আইন

We may update these terms and will post the new date on this page. Continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and the courts of Bangladesh.

আমরা শর্তাবলী হালনাগাদ করতে পারি এবং নতুন তারিখ এই পেজে দেব। ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে আপনি পরিবর্তন মেনে নিচ্ছেন। এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন ও বাংলাদেশের আদালতের এখতিয়ারাধীন।
