This policy explains what personal data GoSMS collects, why, and how we protect it.
এই নীতিতে বলা হয়েছে GoSMS কী কী ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ করে, কেন করে এবং কীভাবে সুরক্ষিত রাখে।
1. Data we collect / যে তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি
English
- Account data: name, email, phone number and password (stored hashed).
- Usage data: messages sent, recipient numbers, delivery status, IP address, device and browser details.
- Payment data: transaction ID, amount and method. We never see or store your card or wallet PIN.

- অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য: নাম, ইমেইল, ফোন নম্বর ও পাসওয়ার্ড (হ্যাশ করে রাখা)।
- ব্যবহারের তথ্য: পাঠানো মেসেজ, প্রাপকের নম্বর, ডেলিভারি স্ট্যাটাস, আইপি, ডিভাইস ও ব্রাউজারের তথ্য।
- পেমেন্টের তথ্য: ট্রানজেকশন আইডি, পরিমাণ ও মাধ্যম। আপনার কার্ড বা ওয়ালেটের পিন আমরা দেখি না, রাখিও না।
2. How we use it / কীভাবে ব্যবহার করি

- To run the service, send your messages and process payments.
- To keep the platform safe, stop fraud and spam, and meet legal duties.
- To contact you about your account, security and support.

3. Sharing / তথ্য শেয়ার

We do not sell your data. We share it only with SMS gateways, payment providers and hosting services needed to run GoSMS, and with authorities when the law requires.

আমরা আপনার তথ্য বিক্রি করি না। GoSMS চালাতে প্রয়োজনীয় SMS গেটওয়ে, পেমেন্ট প্রদানকারী ও হোস্টিং সেবা এবং আইন অনুযায়ী কর্তৃপক্ষ ছাড়া অন্য কারো সাথে শেয়ার করি না।
4. Cookies / কুকি

We use essential cookies for login and security, and may use basic analytics. You can block cookies in your browser, but login will then not work.

লগইন ও নিরাপত্তার জন্য আমরা প্রয়োজনীয় কুকি ব্যবহার করি এবং সাধারণ অ্যানালিটিক্স ব্যবহার করতে পারি। ব্রাউজারে কুকি বন্ধ করলে লগইন কাজ করবে না।
5. Security and retention / নিরাপত্তা ও সংরক্ষণ

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords and access controls. No system is perfectly secure. We keep message logs for a limited period needed for support and legal reasons, then delete or anonymise them.

আমরা HTTPS, হ্যাশ করা পাসওয়ার্ড ও অ্যাক্সেস নিয়ন্ত্রণ ব্যবহার করি। কোনো সিস্টেমই শতভাগ নিরাপদ নয়। সাপোর্ট ও আইনি প্রয়োজনে সীমিত সময় মেসেজ লগ রাখি, এরপর মুছে ফেলি বা পরিচয়হীন করি।

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or close your account, by contacting us. Some records must be kept by law.
